AutoCAD Operator

• Create detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for wood moulding profiles, components, and related products.
• Prepare accurate drawings based on customer requirements, samples, sketches, measurements, and approved designs.
• Convert existing moulding samples or physical measurements into accurate CAD drawings.
• Develop cross-sectional profiles, dimensions, tolerances, and technical specifications for wood moulding products.
• Modify and revise drawings based on engineering changes, customer requirements, or production feedback.
• Prepare drawings and technical documents required by the Production Department for manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality Control, and other departments to resolve design and dimensional concerns.
• Ensure that drawings comply with approved specifications and company standards.
• Maintain proper file naming, drawing revisions, and documentation of approved designs.
• Check drawings for accuracy, completeness, dimensions, and manufacturability before release to production.
• Assist in developing new wood moulding profiles and improving existing designs.
• Review physical moulding samples and compare them with CAD drawings to identify discrepancies.
• Provide technical support to production personnel regarding drawing interpretation and product specifications.
• Maintain an organized database of CAD drawings, moulding profiles, templates, and revisions.
• Ensure that confidential company and customer designs are properly secured.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• With experience in AutoCAD drafting, preferably in wood moulding, furniture, construction materials, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Knowledge of 2D AutoCAD drafting and technical drawing standards.
• Able to interpret technical drawings, measurements, dimensions, and specifications.
• Knowledge of wood moulding profiles, woodworking, CNC, cutting, or machining is an advantage.
• Familiarity with 3D CAD software is an advantage.
• Good mathematical and measurement skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to identify dimensional and drawing errors.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

Pay: Php15,645.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
