AUTOCLAVE OPERATOR

We are hiring an Autoclave Incharge to manage the sterilization process of IV fluid products, ensuring all autoclave operations comply with GMP and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor autoclave machines as per SOPs for sterilization of IV fluid batches
• Maintain sterilization cycle records (temperature, pressure, time) accurately
• Perform pre-checks and validation of autoclave loading and unloading
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance schedules are followed
• Coordinate with QA/QC for batch release and sterility assurance
• Report equipment malfunctions and support timely corrective actions
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the sterilization area
• Ensure compliance with GMP documentation for each sterilization cycle

Qualifications :

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related science field; Diploma/ITI in relevant technical trade also considered
• 2 to 3 years experience in pharma sterilization/autoclave operation is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of GMP, sterilization principles, and equipment handling
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills (Malayalam , hindi,English)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
