• Day shift only. Perth is in the same time zone as the Philippines, so no graveyard hours.

• 100% work from home, long term. This is a permanent position on our team, not a short project.

• PHP 57,000 to 86,000 per month, depending on your Inventor and iLogic experience.

• No agency in the middle. You work directly with our Australian design and production teams and get paid directly.

• Real engineering work. Every model you build is fabricated in our factory and installed on site, and you will see photos of the finished job.

• A chance to do automation, not just drafting. We are building an iLogic stair generator and want someone who can help shape it.

ABOUT AUSSIE STAIRS

Aussie Stairs is an Australian staircase and balustrade manufacturer based in Perth, Western Australia. We design, fabricate and install floating stairs and stainless steel, powder coated and glass balustrades for home builders and private clients across Western Australia.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build 3D models of stairs and balustrades in Autodesk Inventor from our site measurements

• Produce fabrication drawings, parts lists and cut lists from those models

• Work with our parametric iLogic stair models and help improve them

• Collaborate daily with our design, production and installation teams by video call and chat

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of daily Autodesk Inventor experience (parts, assemblies, drawings)

• Fluent spoken and written English

• Someone who takes pride in accurate work

• iLogic, sheet metal or steel fabrication experience is a big plus

You do NOT need stair or balustrade experience. We provide full training on our products and standards.
