Automated Loadout Systems Specialist

At Didion, our Automated Loadout Systems Specialists ensure grain-based food products are loaded safely, accurately, and on time. If you like mastering controls, moving between systems, and working where your decisions matter, this is your arena.

What success looks like

You confidently set up automated equipment, watch live metrics, and make smart adjustments. You’re comfortable outdoors and at heights when inspections call for it, and you smoothly switch between different systems and tools thanks to cross-training.

Your schedule and rewards

• Work pattern: 6pm–6am, 4 days on / 4 days off
• Base pay: $22–$25 per hour
• Night differential: +$3.00 per hour
• Night shift perk: extra 40 hours of Paid Time Off

What you’ll handle

• Operate and learn automated loadout systems to hit specs and uphold safety.
• Use computer interfaces for configuration, monitoring, and documentation.
• Verify equipment connections and flows; work indoors and outdoors.
• Support multiple processes and equipment through cross-training.

What you already have

• Experience in manufacturing; food industry is a plus.
• Strength in learning and running automated machinery.
• Comfort at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Forklift experience preferred, not mandatory.
• Confidence using computers and on-screen systems.

Physical realities

• Lift up to 55 lbs.
• Operate in environments with noise, dust, heat, and cold.
• Climb stairs/ladders and work at elevations over 20'.
