Picture this: You arrive on shift, review the order, and bring a press to life. You test, tune, and verify. Green tiles come off the line—each inspected, each measured. A quick die change keeps production on pace. You note results, correct variances, and keep your area spotless. That’s a day well spent making something that lasts.

Shift You’ll Work

• C-Shift
• Wednesday: Noon - 6PM
• Thursday - Saturday: 6AM - 6PM

Impact You’ll Make

• Operate tile presses by established procedures and daily run plans.
• Meet output goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Inspect green tile at defined intervals to confirm it matches specifications.
• Lift and handle green tile safely throughout the day.
• Perform die and frame changes and transfers aligned to production orders.
• Adjust press parameters to resolve quality or efficiency issues.
• Keep the workstation clean, orderly, and safe.
• Alert supervisors to any condition that threatens quality or throughput.
• Document production and QC readings accurately.
• Follow OSHA and company safety rules, including LOTO and required PPE.
• Take on related tasks to support safety, quality, and flow.

What Helps You Succeed

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Self-starter who can work independently and stay motivated.
• Comfort operating and monitoring automated industrial equipment.

Physical Demands

• Extended standing/walking on concrete floors.
• Frequent use of hands for tiles, tools, and press components.
• Regular reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Climbing stairs/ladders to access equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 60 pounds.
• Work amid noise, dust, and vibration.
• Good vision and depth perception for monitoring equipment.
• Clear communication in a production environment.

Work Environment

You’ll be in a modern manufacturing facility with moving equipment, uneven surfaces, and moderate-to-loud noise. Required PPE includes safety shoes, gloves, and eye protection. Success depends on vigilance, cleanliness, and close coordination with your team.
