Trusted by some of the largest clients nationwide, HTL is looking for a skilled and experienced automatic door engineer to successfully manage customer sites.

The Role

• Field-based work covering Midlands and on occasion outside of this area.
• Visit customer’s premises in response to reactive calls, scheduled maintenance and repairs on a variety of automatic doors.
• Troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs with minimal downtime
• Carry out effective communication with customers at all times
• Provide completed electronic paperwork, customer portals and permits (as required) and liaise with the office team to ensure smooth job progression
• Follow EN16005 regulations and Health & Safety procedures at all times

About you

• Must have experience in the maintenance and repair of automatic doors
• You are ideally based in Birmingham / Wolverhampton area
• Installation experience is preferable but not essential
• BS7036 / EN16005 accreditation
• A Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent customer service skills
