About the role

S.Khonkaen Foods Public Company Limited' is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join their team at their manufacturing facility in Bangplee, Samut Prakan. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising production processes, improving efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation. This is a full-time position based at our Bangplee location.

What you'll be doing

1. Analyse production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as workflow, material handling, equipment utilisation, and quality control
2. Develop and implement systems and procedures to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimise waste
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions
4. Conduct time and motion studies, perform data analysis, and create detailed reports to support decision-making
5. Provide technical expertise and training to production staff to ensure the effective implementation of process improvements
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented changes, and make adjustments as necessary
7. Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and quality control measures
8. Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demands

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data-driven approaches
4. Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and the implementation of lean manufacturing principles
5. Experienced in the use of productivity improvement tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
7. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
8. Proficient in the use of relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office and data analysis applications
