📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects, including project timelines and schedules.
• Control and monitor project budgets to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Manage project resources to achieve project objectives within the planned timeframe and budget.
• Design, develop, and improve automation systems and machinery.
• Develop and implement control systems, including system simulation and testing.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and supervise project implementation at the site.
• Prepare operation and maintenance manuals for automation systems and machinery.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure machinery complies with safety standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.

🛠️ Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Experience in Automation Machine Design and development.
• Knowledge of automation systems, control systems, and industrial machinery.
• Good project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and supervise work on-site.

• Experience with PLC, HMI, sensors, and industrial control systems.
• Experience in machine design and automation projects.
• Knowledge of machine safety and risk assessment.
• Good communication and project management skills.
