We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Automation Anywhere Developer (A360) with 5 to 8 years of total IT experience, including a minimum of 35 years of specialized, hands-on design and implementation expertise in Automation Anywhere enterprise platforms, to join our growing automation team in Pune, Maharashtra.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise-grade Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 (AAX). You will bridge business requirements with technical architecture, build resilient, reusable components, and provide technical mentorship to junior developers while enforcing top-tier Control Room governance and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Architecture: Architect end-to-end automation workflows, turning complex business process descriptions into clear Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
• Bot Development: Develop, configure, and scale robust task bots, IQ/Document Automation processes, and metabots utilizing core workflow principles.
• Integrations: Seamlessly integrate [Automation Anywhere] bots with external databases (MS SQL), REST/SOAP APIs, web applications, and legacy systems.
• Quality & Governance: Enforce enterprise coding standards, conduct comprehensive peer code reviews, handle unit/integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Control Room & Operations: Manage deployment pipelines, workload management (WLM) queues, and unattended bot runners via the [Automation Anywhere Control Room].
• Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding junior developers, troubleshooting escalated production errors, and optimizing active bot performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5–8 years of IT industry experience with at least 3+ years focused strictly on [Automation Anywhere] development (A360, A2019, or v11.x).
• Core Technical Stack: Hands-on command over [Automation Anywhere A360] components, Document Automation/IDP, and Workload Management Queues.
• Programming/Scripting: Strong working knowledge of programming fundamentals (.NET/Java) and scripting languages like Python, VBScript, or JavaScript.
• Database & APIs: Proficient in writing SQL queries, managing stored procedures, and handling API/JSON payloads within bot routines.
• Certifications: Official [Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced/Master Developer] credentials strongly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication, analytical mindset, and proven capability to thrive in fast-paced Agile project cycles.
