Automation Architect| Thane

• The Software Automation Architect is a key leadership role responsible for defining and driving the automation strategy for our software products and systems.

• This individual will design and build robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks, tools, and processes that improve efficiency, quality, and speed across the organization.

• This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and strategic vision to lead the adoption of automation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall RPA and process automation architecture and strategic roadmap, aligning with the company's business objectives and IT strategy.

• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to identify and prioritize automation opportunities with the highest ROI.

• Design end-to-end automation solutions, creating a blueprint that includes detailed process diagrams, data flows, and technical specifications.

• Select and evaluate appropriate RPA platforms and other automation technologies, including AI/ML and BPM, to create comprehensive solutions.

• Conduct technical reviews of automation solutions to ensure they adhere to architectural standards, security policies, and best practices.Work closely with IT infrastructure, security, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure that automation solutions are securely integrated with existing systems and infrastructure.

Qualifications

M.Tech/B.Tech Or Equivalent Bachelors Degree

Min Experince: 10 years

Max Experience: 15 years

10-15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a dedicated RPA or process automation role.
