Automation Control Technician

Insight Global is looking to hire Automation & Controls Technicians to join a growing advanced manufacturing client in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical equipment issues, including servo motors and precision sensors .
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to support continuous manufacturing operations.
• Diagnose equipment failures and repair or replace faulty components as needed.
• Read and troubleshoot PLC logic to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot VFD-driven motors and related controls.

Required Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting PLC logic .
• Experience troubleshooting VFD-driven motors .
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Mitsubishi PLCs .

Duration : Direct hire

Compensation :

• Tech II (3-6 years): $28-35/hour
• Tech III (7-15+ years): $36-45/hour
