Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to design, build, deploy, and maintain intelligent automation solutions that improve business processes, productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will combine AI engineering, workflow automation, API integration, and software development skills to build reliable AI-powered agents and automated business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows, agents, and business process solutions.
• Build integrations between AI models, APIs, CRMs, ERP systems, databases, communication platforms, and third-party applications.
• Develop automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent tools.
• Integrate and work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, and other AI technologies.
• Develop APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Implement automation for areas such as lead generation, customer service, sales, marketing, operations, and internal business processes.
• Design intelligent workflows incorporating LLMs, RAG, tool calling, webhooks, queues, databases, and human approval steps.
• Test, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automation systems.
• Collaborate with business consultants, software engineers, and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Document architectures, workflows, integrations, APIs, and deployment procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, automation engineering, AI engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Python and API development/integration skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM applications and automation platforms.
• Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable workflow automation tools.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON, databases, and event-driven workflows.
• Practical experience with OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini APIs, LangChain or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Git/GitHub, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, security, and monitoring.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI Agents, RAG systems, copilots, or multi-agent workflows.
• Experience integrating WhatsApp Business API, CRMs, ERPs, payment platforms, email, and SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience delivering AI automation solutions for real-world businesses or enterprise clients.
