We are looking for an Automation Engineerwho will be a part of our team. For additional detail please see as following detail

Job Description:

• Assembly and verification of automatic equipment. Environment cleaning.
• Support and work on the task arranged by supervisor.
• Actively support for engineer to address the equipment issue.
• Application and scrap of fixtures and inspection tools.
• Take inventory and inspect the quality for purchased part and manufactured part.
• Development to automation machine in process to be high quality
• Searching new technology for tooling and equipment to use in production line
• Design an automation project and setup machine prototype
• Training and follow automation project transfer to technician support line
• Cooperate internal team to achieve proper and efficient setup for new technology.
• Cooperate with sub-contractors and suppliers and internal project owner.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Automation/Electrical/Mechatronics/IE engineering or related fields.
• At lease 0-4 years' experience working in automation on PLC, Robot, Servo, HMI, stepping motor, Sensor system (If know delta automation equipment is advantage)
• Able to work and cooperate for interface system between Machine to Machine & Machine to System.
• Good in CAD/CAM, 3D/2D, Solid Edge, Product/Process/Tooling, Tools manufacturing, SAP, MS Office.
• Good command of English, conversational and writing skill.
• New technology implementation.
• Design process for lean manufacturing.
• Handling abnormal situations on the production line.
• New technology process development.
• Automatic control principle.
• Mechanical/electrical control design analysis and review.
• Equipment standard maintenance, inspection and other planning.
• Mechanical design and analysis.
• Mechanic manufacturing knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of electrician.
