What they need
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 PLC systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial automation systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge of PLC programming, HMI/SCADA integration, industrial communication protocols, and field commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 PLC applications using TIA Portal.
- Design, configure, and commission automation systems for industrial processes and machinery.
- Develop and modify HMI applications using Siemens WinCC.
- Configure industrial communication networks such as PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus TCP/RTU, and Ethernet/IP where applicable.
- Perform PLC I/O checks, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and on-site commissioning.
- Diagnose and resolve control system issues to minimize equipment downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good knowledge in Siemens S7 1200, S71500 , Immediate Joiners are preferable
