Equipment Automation and Control Systems
PLC/HMI Management: Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) that control food processing, filling. and packing machines.
System Integration: Integrate sensors, vision systems, and automated conveyer networks to synchronize production speeds and product handling.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Process Instrumentation: Calibrate, repair, and test electronic indicators, scanners, and electronic components used for measuring force, temperature, and volume.
Breakdown Resolution: Lead and/or assist in the diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical or electronic malfunctions, minimizing equipment downtime.
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop and implement PM schedules for electronic and electrical systems to prevent production disruptions.
Root Cause Analysis: Analyze equipment failure data to identify the root cause of production deviations and implement systemic, long-term technical fixes.

Quality and Food Safety Compliance
Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that all electronic equipment, processes, and products comply with strict food safety and quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Compliance Checks: Help maintain organized, safe, and clean working environments by strictly complying with company hygiene and sanitation protocols.

Process Optimization and Projects
Incident Reporting: Monitor and document technical or quality deviations and prepare
Continuous Improvement: Work with the Manufacturing, QA, and Engineering Teams to eliminate waste and reduce production costs
New Equipment Commissioning: Lead and/or assist the electronic installation, trial runs, and start-up phases of new processing and packing equipment.
Upgrades: Recommend upgrades, modernization, or retrofits for outdated or inefficient
