What they need
Key responsibilities
- Maximize unit-per-hour (UPH) output by maintaining machine accuracy and minimizing unplanned stoppages
- Drive downtime (DT) below target through proactive PM: cylinder checks, hose/nozzle replacement, lubrication, and timely PM reporting
- Execute fast, accurate changeovers (C/O) — calibrating head/body thickness, CCD dimensions, and adjusting parameters for each battery model and pack size
- Perform gas detector calibration (zero using normal air, span using isobutylene) to ensure workplace safety compliance.
Requirements:
Education
- D3/S1 Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- Min. 3 year in automated manufacturing or equipment maintenance
