Automation Engineer

Role & responsibilities

As a Senior Automation Developer:

• Lead detailed analysis, design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions for new processes and change requests using Blue Prism and Power Automate.
• Provide technical feasibility assessments and translate requirements into robust automated workflows.
• Own the process lifecycle: from development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of automated processes.
• Act as senior technical resource for troubleshooting, change management, and solution design, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior developers, review code, and drive knowledge sharing across the automation team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of automation standards and methodologies.
