What they need

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and implement automated systems for manufacturing processes using SPM (Special Purpose Machine) technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Develop detailed designs for new machines or modifications to existing ones, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Troubleshoot issues related to automation equipment malfunctions or performance problems.

Job Requirements :

3-8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of machine design principles, including mechanical components selection, layout optimization, and control system integration.
Proficiency in SPM design software such as SolidWorks or similar tools.
