Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field.

Job ResponsibilitiesDesign & Panel Build

• Prepare electrical drawings and control schematics.
• Prepare BOMs for control panels.
• Select sensors and field instruments for each application.
• Select hardware such as PLCs, HMIs, drives, switchgear, and protection devices.
• Build, wire, and label control panels according to drawings.

Programming & Commissioning

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs.
• Configure HMI screens, alarms, and machine sequences.
• Set up VFDs, servo drives, motors, and sensors.
• Perform I/O checks, panel testing, FAT, and site commissioning.
• Diagnose faults and maintain backups, I/O lists, and records.

Technical Requirements

• Strong PLC programming skills — Ladder, FBD, and ST.
• Ability to read and prepare electrical schematics using EPLAN / AutoCAD Electrical.
• Knowledge of control panels, relays, contactors, and safety circuits.
• Knowledge of industrial networks such as Modbus, Profinet, and EtherNet/IP.
• Strong fault-finding and documentation skills.

PLC Platforms

Experience with any one or more of the following:

• Siemens TIA
• Allen-Bradley
• Mitsubishi
• Schneider
• Omron
• Delta
