Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, programming, and maintenance of automated systems. This role requires expertise in electrical wiring, machine integration, programming, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform power and control wiring for machines.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety guidelines.
• Set up and route internal wiring for various machines.
• Handle pneumatic routing, installation, and connections for automated systems.
• Develop and test PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) programs customized for machine operations.
• Configure and integrate servo motors, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and other control components with PLCs.
• Ensure seamless integration and communication between all automation components, including sensors, actuators, and controllers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in automated systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and program backups.
• Provide detailed reports for completed projects and maintenance activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in automation, wiring, and PLC programming.
• Proficiency in PLC programming languages.
• Experience with HMI software and designing user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems and integration.
• Familiarity with servo motors, VFDs, and other motion control systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and standards in automation systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with specific PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Delta, Omron, etc.).
• Knowledge of robotics and machine vision systems.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 and IoT-based automation systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
