What they need
We’re hiring an Automation Technical Engineer to install, maintain and troubleshoot automated production equipment in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and repair conveyors, robotics, vision systems and other automation equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control system failures
- Install and commission equipment for new production lines
- Drive root cause and corrective actions to reduce downtime
What You Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on automation equipment maintenance
- Troubleshooting experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, conveyors and pneumatics
- Experience with robotics and vision systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Associate degree in Automation, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- SolidWorks, Creo or AutoCAD experience is a plus
May include rotating shifts, weekends or on-call coverage. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
