We are currently seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with proven expertise in Reciprocating Compressor Control Systems for a long term job assignment in South America.🔧 Scope of Work:

Troubleshooting and diagnostics of reciprocating compressor control systems.

PLC programming, configuration and troubleshooting.

Inspection and testing of automation and instrumentation systems.

Support commissioning, start-up and operational activities.

Verification of control logic, alarms, interlocks and safety shutdown systems.

Troubleshooting of field instruments, sensors and control panels.

Coordination with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure reliable compressor operation.

Preparation of technical reports and service documentation.

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

European Citizen or South American (expect Venezuelan) citizen for visa reason

Fit to work no health problem (Obesity,asthma, blood pressure, and heart disease).

Proven experience as an Automation / Control Systems Engineer.

Siemens /Step7/Tia Portal Strong technical knowledge of reciprocating compressors.Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI and industrial automation systems.

Experience in compressor commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting.Ability to work independently on industrial sites.

Good command of English.

Valid passport and availability for international travel.

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in Oil amp; Gas or Power Generation.

Experience with compressor control and protection systems.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
