Automation Engineer

This employer is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on intelligent automation. The role involves architecting, building, and maintaining automation solutions that integrate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive business value.

The Role

• Architect, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions with a focus on business value and operational efficiency.

• Ensure the stability and zero-defect delivery of production automation environments by proactively monitoring and resolving incidents.

• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI capabilities, including LLM agents and agentic frameworks, into automation strategies.

• Build and maintain front-end interfaces to surface automation outputs and AI-powered tools for stakeholders.

• Provide technical mentorship and establish code quality standards for the team.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in RPA development, particularly with UiPath, and a strong understanding of automation analysis and design.

• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration, including APIs like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic, and patterns such as RAG pipelines.

• Proficiency in front-end development with React, TypeScript, and integrating with API backends.

• Experience with production operations, including monitoring, incident triage, and root cause analysis for live automation environments.
