Automation Engineer (Selenium + Python)

Location: Pune / Mumbai
Interview Date: 22-Aug
Virtual Interview: 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Experience: 5-8 Years

Required Skills:

• Selenium Automation with Python
• Strong knowledge of STLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, Perfecto, or similar automation tools
• SQL/Database knowledge
• CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Jira experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts
• Convert manual test cases into automation frameworks
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines
• Defect tracking, test reporting, and stakeholder coordination
• Collaborate with QA, Development, and Business teams

Good to Have:

• DevOps, Security Testing, P&C Insurance domain knowledge
• JMeter, MySQL/PostgreSQL experience
• Japanese language proficiency (preferred)
