Automation Engineer - Silicon Patterns

Key Responsibilities

• Validate Windows driver features (manual + automation) across Graphics, Multimedia, NPU, and Firmware domains

• Cover scenarios including rendering/display, media playback & encode/decode, AI/NPU workloads, and power/security/stability flows

• Perform failure analysis, debug issues, and drive resolution with cross-functional teams

• Develop and maintain Python-based automation; integrate with CI/CD for continuous validation

• Deliver test plans, automation suites, and defect reports aligned to quality gates

  Required Skills

• Strong in Windows driver validation (Graphics / Multimedia / NPU / Firmware)

• Experience in manual testing, triage, and low-level debugging

• Proficient in Python automation

• Exposure to hardware bring-up and platform validation

• Familiar with ADO/JIRA and QA methodologies

  Nice to Have

• Jenkins/pytest, CI/CD exposure

• AI-driven test automation knowledge
