JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related Engineering field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in factory automation, manufacturing engineering, machine design, or production engineering, preferably in a Japanese or multinational company.
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software.
• Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, pneumatic systems, servo motors, and industrial automation equipment.
• Familiarity with industrial robots is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Biñan, Laguna.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop manufacturing automation equipment, machines, jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
• Identify manual processes that can be improved through automation and propose practical solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies for automation projects.
• Develop automation concepts based on production requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to implement automation projects.
• Assist in the installation, testing, commissioning, and improvement of automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and automation-related issues.
