Automation Engineer(Windows Patch Management)

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of Windows Server Patch Management
• Hands-on experience with Tanium for patch deployment and endpoint management
• Strong hands-on experience in Patch Automation / Process Automation
• Experience with Qualys or other vulnerability management tools
• Experience with Windows Server OS patching across Production and Non-Production environments
• Strong knowledge of patch testing, validation, health checks, and rollback
• Basic knowledge of Citrix CVAD, including StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and VDA servers
• Experience with ITIL Change Management, CR creation, approvals, implementation, and reporting
• Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience handling large-scale enterprise server environments

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute automated Windows Server patching across Production and Non-Production environments
• Test and validate patches before Production deployment
• Perform pre/post-patch health checks and rollback when required
• Monitor patch compliance and vulnerability remediation
• Automate patching and related operational processes
• Coordinate with Application, Infrastructure, Security, and Citrix teams
• Maintain patching procedures, documentation, and compliance reports

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
