Under the hood, we run on a real, modern tech stack — OpenAI, Shopify, Stripe, Klaviyo, Twilio, Daily, N8N, and Cloudflare — powering everything from AI-driven guidance experiences and e-commerce to real-time communication, automation, and site performance. We are a small, fast-moving team building something category-defining.

Please Read First: How This Internship Works

This role STARTS as an unpaid, academic-credit-eligible internship (approx. 10-15 hours/week, one semester / about 12 weeks). It is a learning-focused position with defined objectives and 75%+ professional-level work — not busywork. We provide dedicated supervision, weekly feedback, an hours log/verification, and any learning-agreement or employer forms your university requires. You arrange credit through your school; not all programs qualify, so please confirm eligibility with your university's internship office. Upon successful completion, there is an option to convert to a PAID role ($18-$22/hour, part-time) — contingent on strong performance and mutual fit.

The Role: Automation Intern (n8n / No-Code)

You will own our automation layer end-to-end. We bring the vision, brand, and requirements — you bring the expertise to execute like a professional. This is real ownership, not shadowing.

What You'll Do

• Build, test, and maintain n8n workflows that connect our stack (Shopify, Klaviyo, Twilio, Daily, and OpenAI).

• Automate order flows, SMS notifications, session logistics, automated session recaps, and content pipelines.

• Monitor executions, diagnose and fix failed workflows, and reduce error rates.

• Document every workflow clearly so the system is maintainable.

• Prototype AI-assisted automations using OpenAI.

• Understand APIs, webhooks, and JSON.

• Are pursuing (or recently completed) a relevant program and can arrange academic credit.

• Bonus: are building your own startup or service business — this is exceptional proof of ability.
