Position : Assistant Team Lead

FIELD EXP- AUTOMATION EXPERIANCE MANDATORY

DEGREE IN CIVIL

• To manage all the site services and to comply with the agreed objectives and standards and to develop a teamwork philosophy with the Client.
• Deploy team resources in most effective & safe manner to achieve the agreed service levels and objectives
• Going for walk-around the facility every day.
• Check all Critical equipment’s parameters and notes.
• Review the Daily report and send it to Client and Operations.
• Check all the log register.
• Facility inspection carried out and report prepared as per planned.
• Checks the Inspection report is closed.
• Following with AMC vendor and completing the PM services 100%.
• Prepare & review monthly report and send it to client.
• Technical Induction given to new joiners (if required)
• Check all records are maintained on regular basis
• Deploy team resources in most effective & safe manner to achieve the agreed service levels and objectives.
• Follow up the payments for vendor and client
• Check all complaints / requests are closed.
• Any minor and major problems discuss with team and escalate to client & Regional Office.
• Take active part while trouble shooting in case of breakdowns
• Issuing work permits and ensuring our field technicians follow the safety procedures while on the site.
• Required inspections of retail outlet on regular basis.
• High coordination required with all stake holders.

Mandatory Requirement: Must have their own vehicle & willingness to travel within his own territory whenever required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
