Automation Main Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automation Main Operator to join our manufacturing team.

Job Summary

The Automation Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and supporting automated production lines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role includes basic troubleshooting, quality checks, and adherence to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment and machinery
• Perform production tasks according to production plans and schedules
• Conduct first-level response to equipment alarms or malfunctions and report issues promptly
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety regulations
• Perform basic quality inspections and ensure product standards are met
• Record production data, equipment status, and operational logs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork
• Maintain 5S, safety, and environmental compliance on the production floor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing or automated production environments preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to lift 77 lbs.
• Climbing stairs
• 12 hour shifts with rotation days to nights/nights to days
• Overtime

Preferred Qualifications Experience with automated equipment, robotics, PLCs, or conveyor systems

• Manufacturing experience (automotive, electronics, battery, semiconductor, etc.)
• Basic troubleshooting or maintenance experience
• Forklift or equipment operation certification
• Basic English communication skills for reporting and collaboration

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Work in a manufacturing environment with noise, machinery, and industrial conditions
• Not climate controlled

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
