About the role

Plan, coordinate and optimize machine-build and manufacturing processes for customized automation equipment, ensuring seamless assembly, integration, testing and on-time delivery in line with quality, safety and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate machine assembly, integration, testing and commissioning
• Support mechanical & electrical integration, troubleshooting and machine optimization
• Review drawings, BOMs, schematics and technical documentation
• Support FAT, SAT and customer-site commissioning
• Drive improvements in quality, productivity, process flow and assembly methods
• Collaborate with Design, Electrical, PLC/Software, Supply Chain and Quality teams

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing or related Engineering
• 2+ years' relevant experience in automation, machine build or manufacturing
• Able to read mechanical drawings, BOMs and electrical schematics
• Hands-on knowledge of pneumatics, sensors, servo systems and machine integration is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills
• Willing to travel for customer installation/commissioning when required
