Automation Solutions Expert

Job Summary:
We're announcing an opening for a skilled Developer & Automation Expert with strong hands-on n8n expertise to design, build, and own end-to-end automations and data workflows across our business. This mid-to-senior position is for a genuine developer and automations expert with solid software architecture experience, confidence across multiple databases, and a disciplined approach to documentation. The successful applicant will own automation projects from concept to deployment and enjoy building reliable, well-structured systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead automation projects A to Z, spanning planning, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
• Integrate and connect tools across our stack, including Supabase, Airtable, and GreenAPI
• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows with n8n
• Architect and manage databases
• Perform data engineering tasks and keep data flows clean and reliable across systems
• Write clear, detailed documentation for every development and workflow
• Use CI/CD best practices in deployment and release processes
• Rely on Git for version control and collaborative development
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and keep refining existing automations and data pipelines

Mandatory Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Solid software architecture experience
• Experience working across multiple databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB, Supabase)
• Strong experience building automations and workflows in n8n
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and processes
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
• Strong data engineering fundamentals
• Ability to produce clear, thorough technical documentation
• Responsible, thorough, and able to work without hand-holding
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Practical experience with Airtable
• Background building automations for different business functions
• Ability to manage several development projects at the same time
• Proven track record of owning full development lifecycles independently
