What they need
Responsibilities
Supervises the maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, testing, and calibration of PLC, electronic, instrumentation, and measuring equipment. Manages team schedules, work assignments, performance, training, equipment inventory, spare parts, and maintenance records. Ensures compliance with GMP, safety, quality standards, company policies, and supports production and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering; licensed engineer is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in PLC, automation, instrumentation, electronics, or calibration.
- Preferably with 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of PLC/Siemens, SCADA, instrumentation, calibration, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
