Automation Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve issues with molding automation systems, including robots, conveyors, sensors, and vision systems.
• Respond to equipment alarms and faults to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve recurring problems.

Robot Programming and Optimization

• Program and optimize injection molding robots, including Sepro, FANUC, Yushin, and Wittmann.
• Adjust robot paths and sequences for part handling, degating, and packaging.
• Maintain robot program backups, settings, and technical documentation.
