Automation Technician

Automation Technician - Logan, UT - up to $47 h/r

What You'll Do:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain automated production equipment, including robotics, conveyors, and vision systems.
• Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
• Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical faults on automated lines.
• Support new equipment installs, integration, and validation.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and controls documentation.
• Partner with engineering to drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and validation records

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of automation/controls experience in a manufacturing environment; senior-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting skills (Allen-Bradley preferred; Siemens a plus).
• Experience with robotics, vision systems, and/or motion control.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Food Processing/manufacturing experience preferred
