Automation Test Engineer (ATE) Supervisor

Job Description (JD)

1. Lead and manage the ATE team to ensure daily operations, manpower allocation, and team performance.
2. Oversee ICT (Keysight i3070 and TRI TR5001), BST, and other testing equipment to support production requirements.
3. Manage ICT test programs, validation, version control, and engineering changes.
4. Lead troubleshooting, failure analysis, and corrective actions for test equipment, processes, and products.
5. Drive continuous improvement in test yield, cycle time, equipment utilization, and automation.
6. Monitor and improve KPIs, including test yield, equipment downtime, and troubleshooting efficiency.
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers to resolve technical and testing issues.
8. Manage equipment maintenance, spare parts, resources, and technical documentation.
9. Develop team capabilities through technical training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
10. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, SOP, and audit requirements.

Work Experience and Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant ICT/ATE experience, preferably with 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
3. Hands-on experience with Keysight i3070 or TRI TR5001, including test programming and troubleshooting.
4. Experience in SMT/PCBA manufacturing and server product testing is preferred.
5. Strong knowledge of failure analysis, test process optimization, and equipment maintenance.
6. Programming, automation, and test system integration knowledge is an advantage.
7. Good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
8. Experience in KPI management, manpower planning, and continuous improvement.
