Job Description:

Hanker Systems is hiring experienced Automation Test Engineers across Java, JavaScript, and Python.

We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in automation testing, UI automation, API testing, automation frameworks, and Agile methodologies.

Java Automation Test Engineer

• 68 years
• 914 years

JavaScript Automation Test Engineer

• 6–8 years
• 9–14 years

Python Automation Test Engineer

• 6–9 years
• 9–14 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts.
• Develop and maintain automation testing frameworks.
• Perform UI, API, and web service testing.
• Create test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Identify, track, troubleshoot, and validate defects.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams.
• Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Support in-sprint automation and continuous testing.
• Maintain test documentation and provide testing status updates.

Required Skills:

Java Automation:
Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, Cucumber, API Testing, Maven, Git, Jenkins, SQL, Database Testing, RESTful Services, Microservices, CI/CD

JavaScript Automation:
JavaScript, TypeScript, Playwright, Mocha, Chai, Jest, Puppeteer, Cypress, WebdriverIO, UI Automation, API Testing

Python Automation:
Python, Pytest, Selenium, REST Assured, API Testing, SQL, Oracle, SOAP, REST, SOA, SFTP, Shell Scripting

Additional Skills:

• Strong understanding of software testing and automation processes.
• Good coding and debugging skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Leadership experience preferred for senior/lead-level roles.

Notice Period:

Candidates with 0–30 days notice period will be given first preference. Candidates with up to 60 days notice period may also be considered.
