Automation Test Engineer(Python+ Selenium+ Playwright+ AI Testing)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain UI automation test scripts using Python, Selenium, and Playwright.
• Build and enhance scalable and reusable test automation frameworks.
• Create and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Perform AI/GenAI application testing, including validation of AI-generated responses, accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Develop test scenarios for AI/LLM-based applications, APIs, and workflows.
• Identify, analyze, and report software defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Perform API testing and validate backend responses and data.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Maintain test documentation, test cases, automation reports, and defect tracking.
• Analyze automation failures and improve test coverage, stability, and execution time.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in Software QA/Automation Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python-based test automation.
• Proven experience with Selenium and Playwright.
• Practical understanding of AI/GenAI application testing.
• Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
