Exp - 6-10 years
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Functional, Regression, SIT, and End-to-End Testing.
Define and drive the automation roadmap. Improve automation coverage and execution efficiency.
Experience leading 5-10 member testing teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Hands-on experience with Automation Testing frameworks.
Knowledge of AI-assisted testing tools.
Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and Defect Management processes.
Experience with:
Selenium / Playwright
JIRA / Azure DevOps
Postman / API Testing
SQL / Database Testing
CI/CD Pipelines
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
