AUTOMOBILE SOFT SKILL TRAINER

• Conduct soft skills and personality development training for sales, service, and customer relationship teams.
• Train employees in professional communication, customer handling, telephone etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
• Provide specialized training on customer experience and customer satisfaction in the automobile industry.
• Develop training modules for showroom sales executives, service advisors, CREs, telecallers, and other dealership staff.
• Conduct role-plays and practical sessions on customer interactions, objection handling, complaint management, and sales conversations.
• Train employees in professional grooming, workplace etiquette, teamwork, and time management.
• Support new employee induction and orientation programmes.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to improve employee performance.
• Coordinate with HR and department managers to plan training programmes.
• Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
• Help employees improve customer satisfaction, sales performance, and service quality in line with Tata Motors dealership standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
