Job Summary

SAI Service Pvt. Ltd., a Maruti Suzuki NEXA dealership in Kottayam, is looking for skilled and motivated Automobile Service Technicians to join our service team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of automobile maintenance, vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and servicing standards. The candidate must be committed to delivering quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle servicing, maintenance, and general repairs as per company standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles.
• Identify faults using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Carry out engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and other component repairs.
• Perform periodic maintenance and preventive service as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure all repair work is completed accurately and within the specified time.
• Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the service area.
• Use tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices properly.
• Coordinate with service advisors and other workshop team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and quality checks after completing repairs.
• Maintain proper records of repair work and replaced parts.
• Ensure customer vehicles are handled carefully and professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Candidates with experience in automobile servicing or dealership workshops will be given preference.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and diagnostic tools is required.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and follow manufacturer service standards.
