Automobile Workshop Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the automobile workshop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
• Oversee a team of technicians to ensure quality repairs and maintenance services are delivered on time.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through upselling and cross-selling of spare parts and accessories.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and financial transactions.

Job Requirements :

• 5-20 years' experience in dealership management or workshop management in the auto industry.
• Strong knowledge of automobile service procedures, including diagnostic techniques and repair methods.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for record-keeping purposes.
