Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
• Oversee a team of technicians, providing guidance on repair procedures and quality control standards.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory management, financial transactions, and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in automobile service or workshop management.
• Diploma or B.Tech degree in Automobile Engineering or related field (preferably).
• Strong knowledge of automobile service principles, diagnostic techniques, and repair procedures.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for record-keeping purposes (e.g., ERP software).
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
