Bilingual Automotive BDC Representative

Powerhouse Automotive is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Bilingual BDC Representative to join our team in Tampa, Florida.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, confident speaking with customers over the phone, and comfortable handling a high volume of automotive leads.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
In-person position

Compensation:

• Expected earnings starting at $650 per week when minimum performance standards are met
• Uncapped earning potential/comisiones sin limite

Responsibilities:

• Contact new leads immediately by phone, text, and email
• Make a high volume of outbound calls every day
• Respond professionally to incoming customer inquiries
• Schedule qualified customers to visit the dealership
• Confirm appointments and follow up to reduce no-shows
• Follow up consistently with customers who have not yet purchased
• Maintain accurate notes and customer information in the CRM
• Communicate appointment details to the sales team
• Meet weekly appointment, arrival, and sales goals

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Professional, positive, and persuasive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
• Comfortable working with goals and performance expectations
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-up
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Automotive BDC, call center, customer service, or sales experience is required
• Training will be provided

Pay: From $650.00 per day
