Automotive BDC Representative

Bert Ogden Auto Group is hiring Automotive BDC Representatives for our Mazda, Subaru, and Volvo campus in Edinburg. Help customers move from a vehicle inquiry to a scheduled visit with our sales team. This is a full-time, in-person position at 4221 S Business Hwy 281, Edinburg, TX 78539.

What you will do

• Respond to incoming sales calls and online vehicle inquiries.

• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email using dealership-approved methods.

• Ask questions, understand each customer's needs, and coordinate with the sales team.

• Schedule and confirm appointments, including follow-up after missed appointments and dealership visits.

• Make outbound follow-up calls to sold and unsold customers and work assigned CRM opportunities.

• Keep customer records, conversations, and next steps accurate in the CRM.
