**Automotive C++ Linux Engineer**

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance C++ code for real-time automotive systems running on Linux-based embedded platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions for vehicle control and diagnostic systems.
• Ensure robustness, scalability, and real-time performance of software modules under constrained resource environments.
• Perform system integration, debugging, and testing of C++ applications on Linux-based automotive development platforms.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and technical design to ensure adherence to automotive software standards.
• Work closely with hardware engineers to implement and validate software components in vehicle prototypes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 8 years of professional experience in C++ programming within embedded or automotive software environments.
• Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems, including command-line tools, system calls, and process management.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) or automotive-specific Linux distributions (e.g., Yocto, Ubuntu Automotive).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, memory management, and low-level system programming.
• Familiarity with automotive software development standards (e.g., AUTOSAR, CAN, LIN).
• Ability to work independently and effectively in agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and performance optimization.
