Grieco Toyota is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our Service Department.
This is a full-time position with an excellent opportunity to build a career in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, results-driven individual with strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.
This position involves extensive phone communication with customers, so a clear speaking voice, professional phone etiquette, and a positive attitude are essential. The ability to stay organized and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is also important.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Make and receive a high volume of customer phone calls</li>
<li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries</li>
<li>Schedule and confirm service appointments</li>
<li>Build strong relationships and rapport with customers</li>
<li>Handle customer questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner</li>
<li>Provide accurate information regarding service appointments and dealership processes</li>
<li>Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience</li>
<li>Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records</li>
<li>Work closely with Service Advisors and other dealership departments</li>
<li>Meet department goals and performance expectations</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service throughout every customer interaction</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements
<ul>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong customer service skills</li>
<li>Professional and confident phone presence</li>
<li>Excellent phone and internet communication etiquette</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and stay organized</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Positive, energetic, and professional attitude</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Call center or BDC experience preferred; training will be provided</li>
<li>Automotive experience is a plus, but not required</li>
<li>Sales experience is a plus</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license preferred</li>
