JOB SUMMARY:

The Controller will be responsible for... managing all facets of the accounting for the dealership

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Manage daily accounting functions - accounts payable, accounts receivable, title & tag, and payroll
• Prepare monthly financial statement per dealership and manufacturer's guidelines
• Handle month and year end processes
• Ensure dealership's financial compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Reconcile bank statements
• Any other accounting process

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
• Must meet other company requirements for employment such as background check and drug test
• No experience is necessary. We will train you!

PAY:

We offer a competitive commission salary pay plan with monthly commissions and bonuses.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT:

Is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach, stoop, kneel and crouch. Required to sit, climb or balance and taste/smell. Must lift within the parameters of the responsibility of the job. Must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Working both indoors and outdoors.
