What they need
Hagerstown Ford service department is looking for a Reliable,hardworking,Knowledgeable,Team oriented diagnostic technician with prior experience . This person would be responsible for diagnosing a share of customer issues each day to determine the repair needed and then pass them down the line to our skilled techs to complete the repair. This is not your typical "tech" position . If you enjoy a challenge and are a technician who prides themselves on figuring out the "tougher issues " in your shop , this is a chance to shine and maximize your skill set while being be part of a growing team who runs a proven system with great pay potential !!!
Monday through Friday hours !! NO SATURDAYS !!!
