Who We're Looking For

We're interested in an experienced automotive technician who:

• Has at least 5 years of hands-on passenger car and light-truck repair experience
• Is confident diagnosing electrical, drivability and mechanical problems
• Understands diagnostic processes and enjoys identifying root causes
• Can interpret wiring diagrams, use scan tools and perform electrical testing
• Takes pride in accurate repairs, documentation and quality workmanship
• Works well with other experienced technicians and shares knowledge
• Is comfortable learning new vehicle technologies

Requirements

• Valid Michigan automotive mechanic certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• At least 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
• ASE certifications preferred; ASE Master Technician status is a plus

Dealership technicians are encouraged to apply.

You don't need previous hybrid or EV experience to join us. We're much more interested in strong diagnostic fundamentals, curiosity and the desire to continue learning.
